Im new and need to know mainly where to get help fixing my commands and  suggesting new ones/having people all work together on one project?

Depends on the "fixing" you need. If something's broken and you need help, then in general help & support (here), if you're coding something and need help, then Developer's Corner.

To clarify; If something in ULX or ULib itself is broken, this is the correct place.

If help is needed with something that already exists in ULib/ULX, ie, getting errors, etc... General Help & Support is the place for it.
If you're having trouble with one of our team releases, the release thread for that particular item is the best place.
If you're just wanting dev help, developers corner.
