Title: !menu and XGUI not working

So recently I started running my TTT server again, and it's been a success. BUT, my admins have been telling me the ULX menu doesn't work. So I checked it out myself.

!menu in chat doesn't work and neither does xgui in console. If I type a command in the chat it'll work, like god, launch, or noclip, but it's just the menu.

I tried deleting the groups and users txt's but it just took everyone off admin list and didn't work so I replaced them(I keep backups  8))

Please help me with this. Most of my admins don't want to memorize all of the commands and need to use them in chat.

You need to update. Either the latest release (3.62) or the latest off the SVN/GitHub. Running release 3.61 causes XGUI to not work.
