Title: Some of my tools don't show up. Help?

Contraints, posing and render don't show up..
Anyone who got any ideas why?
Like where do I go to fix this, which file?

Sorry if this wasn't too detailed enough, but it is all I got.

They don't show up in the spawn menu?  Did you edit any files or download any weird addons?
