I don't know if this has already been done or not, but I was wondering if anyone would make an addon for me for a permanent mute and permanent gag for players. I'll gladly donate if anyone is willing to help. Thanks.

The Custom Commands addon contains ulx pgag and (maybe?) ulx pmute, which seem to be what you're looking for.

thats has a lot of the useful commands i was looking for, but it doesnt have pmute though :/ thanks for that one btw it will help my server out a lot
