Title: ULX Users can pick up literally any prop

So I have been having this problem with my Sandbox server where for example, if I spawn something in, other players are able to pick up my prop. This goes the same way with other players. Any response helps. I just need to find a way to change this.

Get prop protection.  ULX has nothing to do with that.  There is at least one in the releases section called UPS, otherwise there are many more out there.

Indeed. ULX is an administration mod, not a prop protection mod.
UPS, FPP, ...
