Title: Server voicechat lag

Hello guys, I have some problem on my server.
Every time when server online 26-32 players and someone try to use voice chat, his lagging and no one can understand what this player trying to say.
This happens to all players, who trying to use voice chat and say something.
Please help me to solve this problem(I think problem only with server rates)I have 100 mbps upload,16 gb ram, i7 3770k,SSD on my server.
my current rate,maxplayers 32:
sv_minrate 3500
sv_maxrate 0
sv_minupdaterate 10
sv_maxupdaterate 66
sv_mincmdrate 10
sv_maxcmdrate 66

This would be a garry's mod problem and not a ULX problem. Are you sure its every one and not just yourself?

The best way to get this fixed would be to go to: Facepunch (http://www.facepunch.com) and go to the Garry's Mod help & support area.
Make sure to read the rules first and include detailed information.
