1. Delete the ulx and ulib folders from your addons.
2. Delete the ulx and ulib folders from the data folder.
3. Reinstall the latest version of ULX and ULib.
4. Reply if the error persists.

Hey, there's a "simple" fix for this.

Just type "_xgui dataComplete" in your client-console and reopen your ulx menu.

^ Yup. Although you may also want to run 'xgui getdata' after running the datacomplete command, if things still aren't showing up.

I still haven't been able to reliably track down this bug...
