Title: Ulx I still dont have access

I've added myself to superadmin and trying to fix things but It says I still dont have access to anything.
Help?

What do you mean no access to anything?
What errors are you getting when you try to do something.
Game console? Game Chat? Server console?
Have you followed any of the instructions for troubleshooting access from our FAQs  (http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php/board,30.0.html)section of the forum?
One of them has a step in it which gives us MUCH more info than what you've just said.
