Title: Custom ranks to pick up world props.

Hi,

I've made a rank that inherits rights from admin however it can't pick up world props or world entities. So my question is how do I make it so the custom ranks can pick up world entities and world props?

What are you using that controls prop access?
Do you get any errors in server or game console when trying to touch those props?
This sounds, without enough/more info, that whatever addon or gamemode you're using might expect superadmin to only be able to 'touch' those items.

It's suddenly started working now, don't ask me what I did as I have no clue. However he can't pick up cars which again how do I fix that?
I'm using Falcos Prop Protection for prop access.

No clue.
Apparently you have FPP set to some setting that the group "he" is in doesn't match or inherit.
This doesn't sound like a ULX issue.
