Title: Disable dupes from workshop but only for group "user"

Hi! Need to disable dupes from workshop but only for group "user". I know that there is a file dupes.lua but I'm not good at this stuff.
You can even add permission like spawn_workshop_dupes to ULX. That would be great. :D
