Hello,
If i put in the ulx addon and the ulib and i do !menu
Youre player has not be authed ! (I have the rcon and if i will add me its says go to console console says

First, I would download the official ULX and ULib.  The Ulysses team does not upload to workshop.

Yea but its a [BUY] server i have buy it and its work with tcadmin ?

If you bought it you should get FTP access, as well as console access, read/ask around to see how to get into FTP.
Once you find FTP go to the ulx installation guide and follow it there.

Never use a non-official release path of ANY admin mod unless it's authors say 'yes, this one is ok too"
The non-official releases are always behind at best, and at worst, may have exploits.
This community can not support a non-official release of ULib/ULX, nor would I/we as Team Ulysses ever recommend it.
