Hey guys thanks for the recent help, I wanted to reset everyones money in my server because there was an exploit which got people billions of dollars, is there anyways I can reset everyones money all at once like once they got to a certain limit they would stop making money like a money cap or a way so whenever someone reaches over for example 10 million it would reset back to 100k?

ULX has no money system. You might be better off taking this question/request to the developers of whatever gamemode you are running.

If it is DarkRP you could just use
rp_setmoney [name] [amount]
