Title: DarkRP Settings?

For some reason, ULX or ULib causes my DarkRP settings to not load....
Running darkrp-modification, ulx, and ulib only.
If I remove ULX and ULib, DarkRP loads it's settings properly, but if I add them back it suddenly doesn't, it defaults to it's normal settings. I'm stumped.
Someone help me D:

What settings?
Fadmin disabled?
Two admin mods conflict.

The settings.lua file inside the darkrp-modification addon.
Settings such as admincopweapons do not take effect.

FAdmin was enabled, but is now disabled and I have the same problem.
