Title: userallow asay

i need help im a head admin for a server and i removed ulx asay for anather head admin but when i give it back it dosent work i have tested doing userallow: asay !%mod,^ userallow:  asay @ userallow:  asay ''his custom rank'' and more but it dont work i need help

try "ulx userallow {nickname} ulx asay"
