how can i make a rank dont inherit from superadmin and can noclip by pressing (V)

i have a murder server admin cant noclip by (V) he must type !noclip i want admins to noclip without inheriting from superadmin how?

ULX doesn't control clipping in any other way than allowing any group you specify, which is "admin" by default, to use the "ulx noclip" command.
The "admin" group in default ulx groups does not inherit from superadmin.
In our default out of the box setup, it's superadmin > admin > operator > user

To bind a command, the client must do it on their own or you need to run a script on them. The first option is easier.

type: bind "key" "ulx noclip" into the console and boom, you're done.
