Title: Problem with Utime

I was adding Utime, along with the ulx_set_utime and AutoPromote addons, and it was all working well, and then when I checked auto demote on on the promote, it made my entire menu go without date(not seeing people in groups, not seeing gimps etc). I completely reinstalled everything including a server restart but it's still messed up. Any advice?
