So I was an admin on this server, and I noticed a command called all talk. This allowed me, even after death, to still talk and everyone both alive and dead hear me. This was very useful to communicate with people accused of RDM. I now am making a server and would like to add this to my ULX collection, but I can't find it. I was wondering if you could help me find that command.
