Title: Restrict tools from the ULX group "user"

Hi, how do i restrict a certain tool from the group "user"? I wanted to block tools like stacker, precision, sdoor, and advanced duplicator 2. Do you know how to do this but also permanently so that every time I have to reset the server, or if i have to update it?

ULX doesn't do this by default.
Please look through our Releases section of the forum.
Two such releases allow tool control I think.
