Title: So noticed my avatar does not work

So suddenly my avatar is not working here any more... acts as if I don't even have one selected any ideas?

I hate gravatar for this reason.
For sites that use gravatar, even if I don't register and post an icon into the Gravatar.com system, they turn my username into a hash, and whatever first letter I'm using, turn that into an image and then track me any other gravatar enabled site I use with the same username.
Cookies, hard to use the web without them, hard not to be tracked with them.

I set it to block cookies only and I can see my avatar again. Yay. Also why not try Privacy Badger I mean you can't say no to this face...

Also for some reason avatars don't allow https on here. I tried to use... https://avatars3.githubusercontent.com/u/3096584 (https://avatars3.githubusercontent.com/u/3096584) but ended up having to make the url http://avatars3.githubusercontent.com/u/3096584 (http://avatars3.githubusercontent.com/u/3096584) which in turn redirects to the https:// as githubusercontent.com seems to force https only. Just seems a bit messy.
