Looks like you're using a backdoored version of an addon. If you're using leaks, it's probably one of them, and/or a backdoor in your version of ULX.
All I can recommend is to download the latest version of ULX from the site here, nowhere else (well, Github, but only from the Ulysses repo).

Thanks! Fixed It but would you know i added tcbf4menu but both the darkrp menu and the custom one comes up. Would you know the fix and sorry im new and learning gmod server making. Thanks
