Hey, I screwed up.
I deleted the admin group because I don't need it on my server, but now me (superadmin) cannot edit admin settings for addons such as CW2.0, Falco Prop Protection and other stuff.
I created it again but problem isn't fixed.

I can't reinstall ULX because I have my loadouts and restrictions set, my server settings, my groups and everyone in my groups will be reset.
What do I do?

You sure you re-created it with the same name? Usergroups are actually case-sensitive (So for example, you can have "superadmin" and "SuperAdmin" at the same time. "admin" and "Admin" for example are two different usergroups).

Restore ULX to factory settings, follow the FAQ for how to do so.

Make sure "admin" is still in your inheritance chain. For example, with the default groups: make sure admin inherits from operator, and that superadmin inherits from admin.
