Title: Errors (Supposedly) after Moving GitHub Repository Location

I updated ULX from the new locations,

Now I'm getting told in chat that I have to update ULX and also all the ranks are gone, I'am no longer a super admin anymore and anyone else lost their rank as well.

If you are being told to update ULX, you are not using the new location.

Your data (ranks/groups) are stored in the "data" folder at the gmod root. Not sure what you may have done to upset that unless you wiped your entire server folder.

I could potentially see some other addon using our old location to verify.
That addon would need to update.

But, yeah, moving shouldn't touch your access.

I accidently moved it into the data folder..
Problem solved now but there is another problem

Our loadingscreen is no longer working, it says that the steam ID was not given correctly by gmod.
I'm not sure if its ULX related or valve changed something during the last 2 days ...

That does not sound ULX related.
