Title: Game Hosting Web Console Problem

I have a bhop server for gmod, everything is fine BUT the Web Console. I can add myself to superadmin to manage anything. It wont even do anything at all. EG. Usually when you type "say Hi" It comes out as "(console): Hi" Ingame, but it wont even do that. When I type "say Hi" it disappears from the typing bar like it has sent but nothing comes through.

Is there a way to become superadmin without web console or a way to fix this problem, the owner that I got the server off hasnt ever had this problem.
