Title: Can't get ulx to load up

I've looked through all the threads regarding similar issues, but despite all the troubleshooting, I can't seem to get ulx to load up on my server. I'm running a listen server and have installed the ulx folders/files to the correct directory. I'm dumbfounded at this point. What am I missing?

Have you restarted the client? Addons are only checked at game startup.

You directory structure should have garrysmod/addons/ulx/ulx_readme.txt and garrysmod/addons/ulib/ULib_readme.txt.

Yup, all of the above has been checked and done. Multiple times.

Actually, I just noticed that after reinstalling gmod, it (for some odd reason) installed in a completely different file path than the one I set. Odd... I'll retry everything via this directory and post if it worked or not. Apologies for the potentially unneeded thread.

Yyyyup. That seemed to do the trick. Again, apologies for the unneeded thread,  just happened to be a weird mistake on my end.
