Title: How to have a single user have multiple ULX groups?

I'm curious about this, as I'd like to know if this is possible and how

I don't think it can be in different ULX groups, but you can give them the permissions to what the group contains. Look at the help for "ulx userallowid"

Not possible in default ULX, and asked previously.
