Title: Text/chat box help!

how do u change the textbox because mine is really messed up by a stupid server it is full screen size and doesnt show the scrolling thing, and if there is a custom textbox/chatbox then i have to type in console

You might try http://support.steampowered.com , looking for "chat text reset"
ULX has no control over the in-game chat window.

This is, most likely, from Conna's GME (http://forums.facepunchstudios.com/showthread.php?t=330071). He overrides the chatbox so he can add all the emoticons and stuff.
