Title: Allow Other Ranks To Spawn Wepons

Hi iv been looking around the place to find this up but iv come up empty handed.

I understand that the Gmod default ranks are superadmin and admin and that there is a setting in Darkrp modification to allow the spawning of Weapons that you can change to superadmin admin or non at all.
I was wondering how i could give permission for a new ULX Rank that i made access to spawn weapons from the Q menu.

general.lua i think it is. Whatever the main file is.
