Title: ULX i can't manage permissions

in xgui i'm trying to manage group permissions and then Has access to: is blank. I'm tried to re-install ulx and type to console "ulx resettodefaults"

My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
ULib v3.60
ULX v3.50

Game mode(s) I am having this problem on: Sandbox

Your ULib/ULX versions are much out of date. Please go here and download the latest, preferably the workshop versions:

What exactly are you trying to do? You need to go into each group specifically and set each permission one by one or use the "ulx groupallow" command.

Are there any errors in console? What is the problem exactly, is it that you can't access the Groups tab in XGIU? Is it that they aren't saving? Is it that you can't interact with permissions? If you are using commands like ulx groupallow, ulx userallow etc. what does it say after you enter the command?

We appreciate the help, but let's get people up to latest code first.
We all may spend hours trying to help someone with bugs that were fixed over 2 minor release versions (ulx 3.70 now!) due to Gmod updates.

You can't get the workshop to subscribe? You don't know how?
You can't download the ZIPs from the Git/SVN repository and install them to your addons folder?
You can't download the ZIPs from the "stable" release section of our download page (http://www.ulyssesmod.net/downloads.php) and install them to your addons folder?

Well, Stickly Man! sent him a link to the download, and when he said it didn't work I assumed that meant he already got it.
