Title: !menu settings not updating

Hi guys,

Recently discovered the in-game !menu command. Was excited to see Advertisements and Default Text colour!
Changed them accordingly. My advertisements first changed to the colour I initially chose... but then I rechanged them (too dark) and they still remain dark.

I also changed the default text to yellow and it didn't change, at all, ever. I have restarted the local server about 50times. No bueno.

AFAIK The welcome text is always blue, what your changing is the colour of the command/event echoes meaning it's the color of what outputs when you do something like... "ulx slay joe"

Your server adverts would be under the "ULX Adverts" section, try changing their colour there.
