Hello my trial mods cant see when users do @admin  on dark RP
is there any way to fix this???

Groups with the ulx seeasay (see asay) permission will have permission to view the @ (or asay) chat. Grant this permission to the lowest group on the inheritance tree that should be allowed to see asay (in your case, presumably, trial mod), and the groups above it will inherit that permission.

Be careful though - @admin is not a ULX command.
If you mean @ "chat text here", then yes, @ is a ULX say command, and Bytewave is correct.
