Title: Restricting weapons on certain maps no matter what usergroup

I'm abit tired now, but is it possible? I was playing jjj_zombieforest_b7 and I noticed that me and my admin buddy started out with weaps while our friend 'Client' started out with nothing. This felt abit unfair but since I can't seem to find a way on stripping a player of his weaps or restricting for a certain map I am left confused. :(

Weapon stripping is not a feature of ULX. Something else must be causing your Clients to start without their weapons. What other mods do you have installed?
