Title: Usergroups wont save.

My usergroups wont save, if i remove a usergroup in ulx it will be there after a restart too.

My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
ULib v2.61
ULX v3.71


Game mode(s) I am having this problem on:
DarkRP
Lua errors shown in console, if any:

You've left DarkRP's Fadmin enabled?
Please disable Fadmin and let us know if you still experience this issue.
