Title: Invalid MOTD Server issue

My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
ULib v2.61
ULX v3.71

Game mode(s) I am having this problem on: Trouble in Terrorist Town

I am unsure as to how this issue occurred or how to fix it. I have tried reinstalling ulx but perhaps I'm missing something else. Does anybody have an idea?

I am getting the following script error

<Invalid MOTD Server:  settings missing or invalid>

That isn't a ULX error.
