Title: Ulx all my ranks don't have access to admin tools and weapons.

I'm still a beginner in making servers but I made a few before and never had the problem but every rank even Owner doesn't have access to admin tools or weapons. If you want to know my settings please say below because like I said I'm still a bit new!

First: Probably best you just use a superadmin rank instead of an owner one.

Second: What are you using to allow access to admin tools and weapons?

Third: What game mode are you using?

Fourth: By tools and weapons do you also include commands? In which case you should check you inheritance.
