Title: PM "send-to" link?

I know you can go to http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php?action=pm;sa=send to get the "Send a message" thing up, but is there a way to pre-fill the "to" and even maybe the Subject or part of the message, like you can in Reddit?
