Title: My /advert spawns signs

Every time I do /advert to send a message to my players it spawns a sign with what i typed on it. Is this part of ulx or something else because i run a clonewars server and that happens. please help.

This has nothing to do with ULX. /advert is part of DarkRP and it was recently changed to spawn a billboard. Assuming the code for Clonewars is similar to DarkRP (possibly the same, seeing as DarkRP changes effect it), you can use this snippet of code (https://gist.github.com/cj2tech/4a721e11b148a93f8fdd0e76318ef800) (not made by me) to revert the functionality of /advert.
