Title: can target stopped working

I set up can target a few weeks ago and it recently stopped working. now admin can target anything above it and so on.

My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
ULib v.. (does not say)
ULX v.. (does not say)
says ULX version: <SVN> unknown revision

Game mode(s) I am having this problem on:
prop hunt
Lua errors shown in console, if any:
no errors

You are using a very old version of ULX and ULib. Upgrade and report back.
