Title: MOTD.txt not showing up

I can not seem to find my MOTD.txt I have the most recent ULX and ULib as you can see down there but when i look at fourms that say its located in GMOD -) Addons -) ULX -) motd.txt it is just not there i have tryed reinstalling ULX and Ulib no luck if anyone knows where it could be hiding that would be great thanks Liam.
My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
ULib 2.61
ULX 3.71

We had to move away from how we used to do the MOTD to be workshop compatible. You can edit the MOTD from XGUI.

Oh ok that makes more sense now because i couldnt find it any where except for in my xgui thanks!
All the fourms i must have been looking at and videos must have been outdated thanks for the info. Liam.
