Title: Help me I cant add some users back to their rank.

For some reason after a hacker come on, everyone who was on the server couldn't get their rank back (Screenshot: http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/491275097985081442/E70208F86687E42055D48472F1185BE5E4D15844/) All of them players I cant add them back to their rank. Ive deleted them from users.txt I've done everything but I still don't know how to fix the problem.

My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
ULib v2.61w
ULX v3.71w

 I'm not sure so I'd wait for someone to help you with this, but I would just backup all the add-ons and reset.

1. Stop Server
2. Delete /data folder for ULX
3. Restart Server
4. Attempt to readd

If it still fails, perform a clean reinstall of ULX.

For safest results, after a hack, start from scratch.
Either restore from a pre-hack backup, or if you do not have one, re-install everything, saving NO previous data, from scratch.
