Title: he problem with the menu

My problem
Missing buttons
ulx re-installed

My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
ULib v.. v2.61d
ULX v.. v3.71d

I think a quicker way to accomplish the same thing would just be to verify the integrity of the game cache. (right click Garry's Mod in the list of Steam games -> 'Properties' -> 'Local files' -> 'Verify integrity of game cache')

Vgui and icon files still exist, but sometimes you have to refresh them.

But if this doesn't work for him/her he/she should then verify cache.

all the same error in the console is

This is the one you want to replace, because it is creating the error.

If you remove those two apparently broken/conflicting addons, do your menus come back?
This really doesn't sound like a ULX issue, but instead, with an addon, not written by us, causing the issue.

I deleted them and earned menu

Probably conflict addons
