Title: ULX Commands

Recently, I've been having a problem where every time I type a command it works, but it doesn't show up in the game chat.  For example, if I type !goto <player>, it will take me to the player.  But, it doesn't say in the chat that "you have teleported to <player>". 
Iv've tried looking into solutions online, but my searches came up empty.  Does anyone know how to fix this issue?  Anything helps!

server.cfg loads before ULX.
Changing it using console or XGUI will save it for next time, as long as nothing else is broken.
