Title: Removing Users doesn't work

Hi, I am having this issue http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php/topic,4186.0.html. But when I look in "users.txt" there is no one specified to be a certain rank at all, only Garry himself.

Are you looking in your servers users file, or client? Needs to be server.
Also, if you can run, from server console/rcon/srcds console, preferably while that player is connected, "ulx debuginfo", then paste the contents of that file here, we can look and see if they have access through normal ULX methods.
If they aren't connected when you run it, make sure you provide us the steamid and playername they're using.

Additionally, I've modified your post.

Yes, I am looking on the server files through FTP and the file still isn't there.

DarkRP - tried disabling Fadmin? It's known to conflict with groups, and is likely the issue if enabled.

If after disabling same issue exists after removing, please attach a debuginfo text file.
