Title: [Help]Giving access to a commands from a higher groups to someone
Post by: aurelien on October 14, 2016, 01:24:31 PM
Hi,  ;D

I'm a moderator on a TTT server. The owner is trying to give me the banid command(To ban a steam_id), this command is for admin and above. He gave me access to it but i can't use it, in the box where you need to put the steam_id i got a menu instead with 2 options "steamid" and "access". Both does nothing.

Any ideas why?

How did he give the permission? If he did it through menu, that is strange, but if he did it through console can you ask him what process he used?

Sorry for the late answer, he tried both of them(menu and console).

Can you ask him how the command was made? If he can send it to you, use the  tag and paste it in here.

Edit: Also, does it work for admins?

He has limited your access to only ban the seamid "access" -- he can change this from the menu, or grant you full access by using [ulx userallow <your-name> "ulx banid"]
