Giving an entity health ulx ent

I tried ulx ent npc_zombie additionalparam:health_500

but that doesn't work

does anyone know the full command for this?

Though I'm sure someone else will most likely know the exact answer, Megiddo posted 'this' years ago for some other fun stuff.
Most likely, you just have the parameter incorrect, unless you're getting an error telling you something more specific.
