Ulx/Ulib svn latest version doesn't work!

No lua errors!

So I had old ulx and thought "why not update?", so I did that, restarted and it doesn't work! Need help here, thanks!

How did you install it? Did you download it from the releases page?

Define 'not work'.
It works perfectly fine for thousands of other Gmod server administrators.
As for no errors, well, if it's not working, we're almost sure you're encountering an error, indeed, likely even lua.
Describe more clearly what is or isn't happening.

So, I downloaded the svn version from ulyssesmod.net and deleted my outdated ulx, put it in and restarting the server, no ulx commands work, it's like I haven't even put it in addons folder whilst I have.

Can you verify your folder structure is correct?
Your directory tree should be something like this:

  | - ulx/
       | - lua/
       | - ...and so on. Basically, make sure that lua/ is directly below your ULX directory, which is directly below addons/.
