Online staff. f4 menu, ulx extension

Any of the tools I have that show staff online, only read me (superadmin) as the only staff online. My f4 menu for example, has an online staff section, as stated above it isn't recognizing any of the staff ranks. I also have a ulx extended command for players to see staff online and that isn't recognizing staff. What permission do I need to select to make other addons see them as a staff rank. Note: I've checked the config of these addons and it seems to have something to do with ULX or Fadmin. I'd also like players to see VIP, and staff in the tab menu.

Without knowing what group, or other flag unaware to us, these tools you refer to use to consider someone "staff", we'd have no idea.
Gmod by default only sees superadmin and admin as administrative groups on a server.
Before anyone here could help you troubleshoot, you need to find out what those tools are looking for.
