Permission problem
(I have the newest ULX & Ulib version and the "problematic" gamemod is DarkRP)
Hey everybody,
so I installed ULX & Ulib both on my DarkRP Server. Than I gave myself superadmin privilegies via console. Then I tried setting Spawnpoints with the /setspawn command but it says "You need admin privileges in order to do that". And there was the same problem with the doorgroups; I created some test doorgroups, restarted the server and tried to set them. But it doesn't even show me a panel to set a doorgroup. So I saw somebody here in the forum had the same problem (doorgroups) too and somebody wrote something that it could be caused by the wrong permissions. I reinstalled ULX & Ulib both bot nothing changed.
Anyway I am rly confused what to do now and would be extremly happy about some help

It sounds like the spawnpoints and doorgroups tools aren't checking for permissions properly. Are you able to perform other things that superadmins have access to? What is your group when you type ulx who in console?

Unfortunately, we don't have any way to control how other addons integrate their admin permission checks other than following a standard that should allow any other addons to check permissions that ULX grants.

First thanks for ur answer. When I have a look at the ULX panel it shows me that the group Superadmin has full- privileges. And I can do anything else except that 2 operations. When I type ulx who in the console it shows me that I am member of the group "superadmin".
Are there any addons public which causes such type of error ?

Based on your answer, you have superadmin privileges. As to why these two addons you are using don't work with superadmin, that is something you'll need to take up with the creators of those plugins. ULX has nothing to do with setting spawnpoints or controlling door groups.

Yes.. you wouldn't go to Falco for ULX problems would you?

ULX is an administration mod. We give you the ability to set groups and access permissions. It's up to the author's of anything outside of ULX to make sure their addons play nice.

As MrPresident asked previously, while you are connected to your server, please run "ulx who" from your game console.
If you are "superadmin" group, then it will list you as superadmin.
If you are any other group, then that may be your issue.

Also, Just because Ftpje made DarkRP, doesn't mean he wrote doorsgroups or spawnpoints tools.
You would need to contact the individual author of those tools.
DarkRP and group access controlled by ULX have little to do with many of the tools made for either.

Hey guys,
thanks u for ur help, I am glad to tell u that I fixed the problem. Just gave me user and then superadmin and set the Spawnpoints successfuly.
