i played a bit witht he ulx Echo thing and saw that it can be a bit better
like that even Echo is 0 you can still se as Admin the command output (to see it worked etc.) and if its 1 (anonymus) then allow admins to still see who used the command just like in mani the rest is ok (expect the maps menu if you have many maps they are disappier to the right
