ive been trying to get eswep to work but everyone can use the admin menu and i dunno how to make it to where only the admin can use it and i dont even know how to add an admin because the person who made the mod didnt include a readme

ive also been trying to make it so that only admins can use the vmf loader but everytime i go to the admin.lua file and set admin = true; and put my steam id and access into the admin:add i cant see the vmf menu.it says in the readme to do all these changes in the config.lua but whenever i do it makes no changes at all.
versions i have:
gmod 9
vmf loader v0.15
eswep v2.2
if anyone knows what the problem could be please let me know because ive been searching forums and google for hours and i have no idea what the problem is.
also i know i shouldnt post this on a forum thats about ulx and ulib but i dont want to make an account at facepunch and post a thread and then get banned because i mispelled something.
