Help with admin menu

well i have a friend and he has a server as do i but his admin menu has more stuff then mine and has the ability to input custom values as with mine its few items and just sliders anyone know what i need people said it might be the game type which i know it isent cause it was the same when he had it a build server also i have the newest version of ulx ill include screenshots.

He's running a newer version than you, that change might only be in SVN right now.
